          I just wanted to send you this letter to tell you how much I appreciate all your help in selling our house. Both Jenny and I were completely satisfied and know we really couldn't have done it without you.

         All the attention you were able to draw to the house including the internet photos and your marketing plans made all the difference in the world. You "hand held" us through the entire process which can become stressful and even complicated. Price strategy, marketing, title, escrow, termite, it can become overwhelming! You really took over all the headaches, and even handling some of the minor repair for us. We're of course especially thrilled that we got the price we were hoping for.

While the escrow on the sale of my Mother's home just closed, I would not consider the transaction complete until we thanked you for all of the excellent service you provided as our Realtor.
